Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 30, 2026
1. Service Engagement Scope
OhioHydroHelp functions exclusively as an independent digital infrastructure connecting property owners with third-party, licensed service providers. We maintain no direct employment relationship, joint venture, or agency status with any plumbing, restoration, or construction entities. All service agreements, project estimates, and contractual performance obligations are established directly between the property owner and the selected service provider.
2. Provider Vetting & Licensing Responsibility
While we utilize high-intent digital routing to identify qualified local contractors, users are solely responsible for verifying the licensing, bonding, insurance, and professional credentials of any service provider dispatched to their premises. OhioHydroHelp does not guarantee the work performed, site remediation results, or the accuracy of professional advice provided by independent contractors.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OhioHydroHelp, its affiliates, or routing partners be held liable for damages, incidental losses, or structural failures arising from service engagements initiated through this platform. Users explicitly waive claims regarding the performance, negligence, or conduct of third-party contractors. The use of this platform is entirely at the user's risk regarding basement saturation remediation outcomes.
4. Telecommunications & Routing Protocols
By accessing this platform, you agree that any phone calls or digital data transmissions routed through our system may be intercepted, recorded, or analyzed for quality assurance and dispatch optimization. You acknowledge that our systems are designed to provide rapid connectivity during emergency environmental events and that availability is contingent upon local crew density and real-time demand.
5. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these operational terms at any time. Continued usage of the OhioHydroHelp platform, including active interaction with phone-call routing nodes or digital intake forms, constitutes full acceptance of the prevailing terms of service. Users are encouraged to review these protocols regularly to maintain awareness of their rights and obligations.
